調(diào)試的注意事項(xiàng)：
Matters needing attention in debugging:
1、在當(dāng)天機(jī)器操作完畢后要把膠管內(nèi)的膠沖出，防止硬化；如果長時間不實(shí)用要注意用煤油清洗膠管和膠槍。
1. After the operation of the machine on the same day, the glue in the hose should be flushed out to prevent hardening; If it is not practical for a long time, pay attention to clean the hose and gun with kerosene.
2、雙組份打膠機(jī)使用的硅酮膠或聚硫膠要注意雜質(zhì)不能過高，低質(zhì)量的膠容易堵塞膠管的過濾系統(tǒng)，造成出膠不暢或不均勻。

4、液壓站系統(tǒng)的壓力，不能調(diào)的太高，要根據(jù)室內(nèi)環(huán)境溫度等實(shí)際情況，調(diào)至滿足膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。打開液壓站時一定要打開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，造成安 全事故。
4. The pressure of the hydraulic station system can not be adjusted too high.
