雙組份打膠機的操作過(guò)程非常簡(jiǎn)單。它可以分為兩個(gè)部分。一是控制系統的操作，二是膠筒的安裝/更換。具體方法如下。

1. 連接電源(380V三相四線(xiàn))和氣源(0.6-0.7mpa)。
1. Connect power supply (380V three-phase four wire) and air source (0.6-0.7mpa).
2. 打開(kāi)a、B膠供膠閥，關(guān)閉B膠回膠閥。
2. Open a and B glue supply valve and close B glue return valve.
3.在控制面板上選擇“上電”，檢查膠水a(chǎn)、B是否工作正常。這時(shí)，給膠機的攪拌工作就做好了。
3. Select "power on" on the control panel to check whether glue a and B work normally. At this time, the mixing work for the glue machine is done.
4. 如果長(cháng)時(shí)間不使用(超過(guò)15分鐘)或下班時(shí)不使用，應選擇控制面板上的“沖洗槍”，打開(kāi)B回膠閥，關(guān)閉B供膠閥。這時(shí)給膠機的沖洗槍準備好了。

5. 每次操作前，確保設備水平度，調整機器水平度，調整基礎高度，使機身水平。

6. 接通電源后，檢查各電機的旋轉方向是否正確，連接好cla -01打膠機的軟管和信號。(注:起膠齒輪泵電機的旋轉方向須與齒輪泵的旋轉方向一致)

1. 在控制面板上選擇“AB膠壓板”。
1. Select "AB glue pressing plate" on the control panel.
2. 然后選擇“上膠”，上膠壓力板就會(huì )上升。

3.高度就位后，在控制面板上選擇“a glue stop”

4. 把壓盤(pán)下一個(gè)橡膠桶,打開(kāi)蓋子的桶,內心的塑料袋,并使上層的橡皮滾筒與壓盤(pán)(注意:對于新機器或新更換密封圈,外套橡膠表面的密封圈,以起到潤滑作用)。

5. 打開(kāi)膠水a(chǎn)壓板上的排氣閥，然后選擇“膠水a(chǎn)滴”。這時(shí)，壓板上的a膠會(huì )下降。當壓板即將落桶口時(shí)，停止下落。檢查壓板是否對準槍管口，調整槍管位置直對準。
5. Open the vent valve on the glue a pressing plate, and then select "glue a drop". At this time, a glue on the pressing plate will drop. When the pressing plate is about to fall to the barrel mouth, stop falling. Check whether the pressing plate is aligned with the muzzle of the gun, and adjust the position of the gun until it is aligned.
6. 讓壓板間歇滴膠(即滴膠→停膠→滴膠-)。當壓板壓入桶內時(shí)，可使壓板連續下降。此時(shí)，空氣從排氣閥排出。當膠水從排氣閥連續排出而無(wú)空氣排出時(shí)，壓板停止下降，閥門(mén)關(guān)閉。
6. Let the pressing plate drop glue intermittently (i.e. drop glue → stop glue → drop glue -). When the pressing plate is pressed into the barrel, the pressing plate can be lowered continuously. At this time, the air is discharged from the exhaust valve. When the glue is continuously discharged from the exhaust valve and no air is discharged, the pressure plate stops falling and the valve closes.
7. 此時(shí)a管安裝已完成，工作準備就緒。B膠筒的安裝方法與a膠筒相同。
