上膠操作松開(kāi)比例桿上比例泵的鎖緊螺桿，將比例泵的內外調節到所需比例。只有當膠水a(chǎn)和膠水B的比例達到正常值時(shí)，才能進(jìn)行以下操作。

和B泵設置選擇旋鈕,使噴膠槍的退出與中間縫的兩塊玻璃,打開(kāi)開(kāi)關(guān)噴膠槍,把膠槍順利在適當的速度填充的雙組分膠玻璃罐。涂膠結束時(shí)關(guān)閉膠槍。

打開(kāi)a(或b)橡膠泵的充氣開(kāi)關(guān)，將a(或b)橡膠泵的升降機構選為上升位置，按下旋鈕，使壓力板緩慢升降。此時(shí)要注意的是膠筒盡量不要離開(kāi)底盤(pán)，待壓板與膠筒完全分離后，關(guān)閉a(或b)膠泵的充氣開(kāi)關(guān)。3)取出空桶，將新的膠桶放在工作位置，重復第3、4、4項的操作。

膠槍:由于雙組份膠水是由兩種膠水混合而成，其凝固速度與環(huán)境溫度及a、B膠水的配比有關(guān)，混合后的膠水在20分鐘內反應固化。因此，設備在正常上膠時(shí)，如果20分鐘內未使用，就要把混好的膠洗掉，以免堵塞混膠機和膠槍。具體操作:關(guān)閉B泵，打開(kāi)B回膠開(kāi)關(guān)，再打開(kāi)膠槍?zhuān)钡侥z條變白為止。
