1.由于雙組份密封膠的固化需要一定時間，因此，已涂了雙組份密封膠的玻璃應(yīng)水平輕輕搬動。
1. As the curing of two-component sealant takes a certain time, the glass coated with two-component sealant should be moved horizontally and gently.
2.A組、B組份膠應(yīng)保持清潔，嚴防異物進入膠中。
2. The glue of group A and group B should be kept clean to prevent foreign matters from entering the glue.
3.在連續(xù)工作過程中，膠槍每次停止工作時間一般不得超過20分鐘，否則，應(yīng)用A組份膠沖出全部混合膠，直至單一的A組份膠從槍口排出為止。
3. In the process of continuous operation, the stopping time of the glue gun shall not exceed 20 minutes, otherwise, all the mixed glue shall be washed out with component a glue until the single component a glue is discharged from the muzzle of the gun.
4.高壓膠管不得強行擠壓、彎曲，防止影響系統(tǒng)正常工作。

5.混膠器應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持暢通，以保證良好的出膠效果。如遇堵塞情況，可用丙酮浸泡后清洗。建議每5組清洗一次。
5. The mixer should always be kept smooth to ensure a good glue out effect. In case of blockage, it can be cleaned after soaking in acetone. It is recommended to clean every 5 groups.

6.當膠槍長時間不用時（超過一周），應(yīng)拆下槍體使用溶劑將膠槍和混膠器內(nèi)的殘留膠體清洗干凈。
6. When the glue gun is not used for a long time (more than one week), the gun body should be removed and the residual colloid in the glue gun and mixer should be cleaned with solvent.
7.不同雙組份膠生產(chǎn)廠家所生產(chǎn)的膠內(nèi)含雜質(zhì)數(shù)量不同，根據(jù)實際情況清晰B組分的過濾網(wǎng)及單向止回閥，建議每兩組清洗一次。
7. The amount of impurities in the glue produced by different two-component glue manufacturers is different. According to the actual situation, it is recommended to clean the filter screen and one-way check valve of component B every two groups.
8.任何因膠體固化所造成的膠槍、管路或整機的故障，一律不在保修范圍之內(nèi)。

9.定期給各泵的加油口加油，應(yīng)保證油霧器內(nèi)不斷油。
