During the operation process, workers should avoid scratches on the surface of the glass and choose the original sheet without obvious defects such as bubbles, slag inclusion, uneven internal quality, color difference, and detachment. The entire manufacturing process of insulating glass is: cleaning, laminating, pressing, and gluing; Cut a curved frame or insert into a spacer, pour a molecular sieve, and apply a dozen butyl adhesive.

一、玻璃清洗干燥

該工序必須采用機器清洗，人工清洗不能保證清洗質(zhì)量。采用5MΩ去離子水保證密封膠和玻璃的可粘結性，還可通過(guò)對水進(jìn)行過(guò)濾以循環(huán)使用。通過(guò)光照檢驗玻璃表面是否殘存水珠、水漬等，如果存在，可以調整機器的運行速度、毛刷間隙、風(fēng)量、加熱溫度再進(jìn)行檢查。清洗過(guò)后應在1h之內完成中空玻璃的組裝。

二、膠條式中空玻璃及鋁條式中空玻璃的組裝

進(jìn)行膠條的粘貼、切斷。組裝膠條式中空玻璃要求合片室的加工溫度冬季在10～20℃，夏季在20～30℃范圍為宜，灌裝分子篩時(shí)由于膠條式中空玻璃的干燥劑為粉末狀，同膠混合均勻后發(fā)揮作用較慢，因此應當在膠條的裝配區域保證相對較低的濕度。組裝鋁條式中空玻璃要求的加工溫度在l0～30℃范圍內，相對濕度正常即可，但應當選擇合格的干燥劑，并且在開(kāi)封后24h內用完。為加強密封，常采用雙道膠進(jìn)行密封，丁基膠為道密封，聚硫膠為第二道密封。

三、玻璃壓合

膠條式中空玻璃壓合時(shí)注意合片玻璃邊部要對齊，壓片時(shí)在后面預留小口，讓干燥后的氣體從小口溢出，也可填充隋性氣體后隨即封口。

中空玻璃的放置正確與否也會(huì )對中空玻璃的終質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生影響，無(wú)論是在生產(chǎn)、運輸或工地存放，堆垛架的設計要求要考慮到中空玻璃的特點(diǎn)，堆垛架要有一定的傾斜度，但底部平面與側部應始終保持90°角，從而保證中空玻璃的2片玻璃底邊能部應有5～10mm的距離，用于涂第二道密封膠。聚硫膠應均勻沿一側涂布，以防止中間夾雜氣泡，涂完后刮去玻璃表面殘余。此完成鋁條式中空玻璃的加工。垂直地置放在堆垛架上。此外，保證玻璃的底部不能沾上石灰、油漬之類(lèi)物質(zhì)，以免侵蝕第二道密封膠影響中空玻璃密封性能。
