中空玻璃全自動(dòng)打膠機是專(zhuān)門(mén)針對中空玻璃生產(chǎn)而設計的一種設備。它由自動(dòng)上料裝置、自動(dòng)送料機構、雙頭灌注泵及雙頭噴膠系統組成。該設備具有操作靈活方便，效率高，自動(dòng)化程度高等特點(diǎn)。適用于中空玻璃的加工和制作，特別適合于批量化生產(chǎn)的廠(chǎng)家使用。
The automatic sealing machine for insulating glass is a kind of equipment specially designed for insulating glass production. It is composed of automatic feeding device, automatic feeding mechanism, double-head filling pump and double-head glue spraying system. The equipment has the characteristics of flexible and convenient operation, high efficiency and high degree of automation. It is suitable for the processing and production of insulating glass, especially for the use of manufacturers in mass production.

（1）設備安裝調試后應具備以下功能：

檢查各部件是否完好

清洗機器內部
Clean the inside of the machine
檢查電源是否符合要求
Check whether the power supply meets the requirements
連接好所有線(xiàn)路
Connect all lines
打開(kāi)水氣閥
Open the water vapor valve
按下總開(kāi)關(guān)
Press the main switch
接通電源
turn on electricity
啟動(dòng)電機
Starting motor
打開(kāi)冷卻水閥門(mén)
Open the cooling water valve
檢查電機旋轉方向
Check motor rotation direction
接通壓縮空氣閥門(mén)。
Connect the compressed air valve.
調節氣壓適當位置、按下啟動(dòng)按鈕、開(kāi)始工作
Adjust the air pressure to the proper position, press the start button, and start working
1.工作時(shí)如發(fā)現壓力表指針上升緩慢或下降則說(shuō)明供氣管路有泄漏現象
1. If the pointer of the pressure gauge rises slowly or drops during operation, it indicates that there is leakage in the air supply pipeline
2.如出現噪音異常情況請立即關(guān)閉氣源
2. In case of abnormal noise, please turn off the air supply immediately
3.請勿用手直接接觸氣動(dòng)元件以免發(fā)生燙傷事故

4.使用完畢后請及時(shí)切斷氣源

5.本機的保養參照一般機械設備進(jìn)行
