1、膠水的成分 通常經(jīng)常使用的膠水:是環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂,UV膠,硅膠,厭氧膠,瞬間膠等，如果是AB雙組分的膠還要考慮它的比例。

4、針頭大小和種類(lèi) 針頭的大小會(huì )影響出膠的大小和精度,當氣壓一定時(shí),針頭的咀越大,出膠就越大，應根據產(chǎn)品大小來(lái)選取點(diǎn)膠針頭,一般針頭內 徑大小應為點(diǎn)膠膠點(diǎn)直徑的1/2左右,效果好。

5、點(diǎn)膠量的大小 點(diǎn)膠量的大小只要是由點(diǎn)膠持續時(shí)間長(cháng)短來(lái)決定的,時(shí)間越長(cháng).根據我們的經(jīng)驗點(diǎn)膠量越大.膠點(diǎn)直徑的大小應為產(chǎn)品間距的1/2。這樣就可以保證有充足的膠水來(lái)粘結組件又避免膠水的過(guò)多而造成的浪費.

6、點(diǎn)膠成本：點(diǎn)膠方案多種多樣，并非所有的點(diǎn)膠都需要使用機器，也并非所有自動(dòng)化點(diǎn)膠都必須附加到點(diǎn)膠機上。從成本考慮，如果某種膠水需要用太高價(jià)位機器，可以考慮更換膠水。如果附帶自動(dòng)化的點(diǎn)膠機價(jià)位太高，可以考慮移動(dòng)產(chǎn)品而不是點(diǎn)膠頭。

7、工作效率和環(huán)境影響：產(chǎn)品少，不追求效率，使用手動(dòng)點(diǎn)膠機;室外工作，使用膠槍。要求精確控制出較量，使用機器。要求自動(dòng)化點(diǎn)膠，則使用帶自動(dòng)化功能機器(費用較高、效率也高)。
