全自動(dòng)點(diǎn)膠機膠閥滴漏經(jīng)常發(fā)生于膠閥關(guān)畢以后，95%的此種情形是因為使用的針頭口徑太小所致。

連接氣閥：將點(diǎn)膠控制器的AIR OUT口通過(guò)氣管連接到針筒，并把針筒氣閥連接到點(diǎn)膠控制器的AIRIN。

太小的針頭會(huì )影響液體的流動(dòng)造成背壓， 結果導致膠閥關(guān)畢后不久形成滴漏的現象。過(guò)小的針頭也會(huì )影響膠閥開(kāi)始使用時(shí)的排氣泡動(dòng)作，只要更換較大的針頭即可這種問(wèn)題。

液體內空氣在膠閥關(guān)畢后會(huì )產(chǎn)生滴漏現象, 好是預先排除液體內空氣, 或改用不容易含氣泡的膠.或先將膠離心脫泡后在使用.瞬間膠( 快干膠 ) 在膠閥接頭及管路上堵塞此種情形主要因過(guò)多的濕氣或重復使用過(guò)的瞬間膠. 應確保使用新鮮的瞬間膠. 將管路以未含濕氣的Aceton丙酮徹底清洗過(guò). 使用的空氣應確定完干燥且于廠(chǎng)內空壓與膠閥系統間加裝過(guò)濾器. ( 以上方法如仍然無(wú)效, 則應使用氮氣. )
The air in the liquid will leak after the rubber valve is closed. It is better to remove the air in the liquid in advance, In this case, it is mainly due to excessive moisture or repeated use of instant glue. Make sure to use fresh instant glue. Clean the pipeline thoroughly with aceton acetone without moisture The air used should be dried and a filter should be installed between the air pressure system and the rubber valve system in the plant. (if the above method still fails, nitrogen should be used.)
需要注意的是，將手持式編程器通過(guò)串口線(xiàn)選擇到點(diǎn)膠機左側的接口上。6.如所用點(diǎn)膠控制器同點(diǎn)膠機的連接器型號相同，可以根據連接器的芯數不同來(lái)看出點(diǎn)膠機的‘點(diǎn)膠’和‘運行’等連接口，二芯點(diǎn)膠，三芯運行。
