    導致丁基膠涂布過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生氣泡的原因

      膠缸中丁基膠沒(méi)有排凈即更換加入新的丁基膠。雙組份打膠機如果在膠缸中存在丁基膠的情況下退出活塞,具有優(yōu)良粘接性的丁基膠。

      在膠缸底部和活塞上會(huì )形成山峰狀,而在推人新的丁基膠后,膠缸和活塞粘接的山峰狀丁基膠與新的丁基膠之間會(huì )存在大量氣泡,區別只不過(guò)是活塞處氣泡比膠缸底部氣泡少一些。因此在涂膠過(guò)程中表現為剛剛換膠后氣泡較大,毛刺較多,而在將近結束時(shí),氣泡較少的現象。
