　　接通氣源,檢查管路是否通暢，有無破損。氣源壓力要求0.6～0.8mpa。

　　按下“啟動”按鈕，并將風(fēng)機(jī)開關(guān)、水泵開關(guān)、毛刷開關(guān)、檢查燈開關(guān)選擇為“開”的位置。

　　將一定尺寸規(guī)格、已磨邊的玻璃放到入料段傳送輥上（先后放2片），自動送入清洗段。

　　再踏腳踏開關(guān)，玻璃定位復(fù)位、傳送啟動，合好片的玻璃自動進(jìn)入輥壓段，經(jīng)輥壓，玻璃達(dá)到預(yù)定厚度尺寸。

　　Stepping on the foot switch again, the glass positioning is reset and the transmission is started. The closed glass automatically enters the rolling section, and after rolling, the glass reaches the predetermined thickness size.

　　若有緊急情況時，按操作面板上的急停按鈕，則整機(jī)斷開電源，排除故障后，再重新啟動；

　　若整個過程運行正常、定位準(zhǔn)確，無異?，F(xiàn)象和聲音，即可投入正常運行。

　　玻璃在清洗前必須經(jīng)過磨邊，否則會對部分構(gòu)件造成損傷。

　　水箱內(nèi)的水量充足。

　　The water level in the tank is sufficient.

　　調(diào)節(jié)變頻調(diào)速器，根據(jù)實際清洗干燥情況調(diào)定清洗機(jī)傳送速度。

　　Adjust the frequency converter and set the conveying speed of the cleaning machine according to the actual cleaning and drying conditions.

　　清洗玻璃厚度為3~12mm，經(jīng)干燥后玻璃后邊緣有微量水珠。
