    1、中空玻璃密封膠質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。中空玻璃是由丁基膠、結構膠雙道密封、玻璃、間隔條組成的密閉密封空間。丁基膠、結構膠起雙道密封的作用,如果丁基膠、結構膠中的某二種或其中的某一種質(zhì)量不好,達不到密封標準中空玻璃的密封性能就會(huì )下降,因而導致中空玻璃內部氬氣滲漏率加大。
    1. Insulating glass sealant quality problems. Insulating glass is a sealed space composed of butyl rubber, structural rubber double seal, glass and spacer strip. Butyl rubber and structural rubber play the role of double sealing. If either or both of them are of poor quality, the sealing performance of insulating glass will decline if it fails to meet the sealing standard, resulting in the increase of argon leakage rate inside the insulating glass.


    2、涂膠工藝有問(wèn)題。涂在間隔條上的丁基膠要保證均勻,沒(méi)有寬窄不均和斷條處。特別注意要保證涂布的丁基膠要有足夠的寬度和足夠的厚度(厚道往往容易被忽略)。結構膠是中空玻璃的二道密封,也要打膠厚薄均勻,并且要保持足夠厚度。

    3、間隔條框上出現了不密封點(diǎn)。用插角制作的間隔框四個(gè)角部用丁基膠封堵。整體折彎框的直插件連接處、充氣孔等可能出現不密封的地方也要用丁基膠封堵。
