1.由于雙組份密封膠的固化需求一定工夫，因而，已涂了雙組份密封膠的玻璃應(yīng)程度悄悄搬動。

2.A組、B組份膠應(yīng)堅持清潔，嚴防異物進入膠中。

3.在延續(xù)任務(wù)進程中，膠槍每次中止任務(wù)工夫普通不得超越20分鐘，否則，使用A組份膠沖出全部混合膠，直至單一的A組份膠從槍口排出爲(wèi)止。

5.混膠器應(yīng)常常堅持疏通，以保證良好的出膠效果。如遇梗塞狀況，可用丙酮浸泡后清洗。建議每5組清洗一次。

6.當(dāng)膠槍長工夫不必時（超越一周），應(yīng)拆下槍體運用溶劑將膠槍和混膠器內(nèi)的殘留膠體清洗潔凈。
6. When the glue gun is unnecessary for a long time (more than a week), the gun body should be removed and the residual colloid in the glue gun and mixer should be cleaned by solvent.
7.不同雙組份膠消費廠家所消費的膠內(nèi)含雜質(zhì)數(shù)量不同，依據(jù)實踐狀況明晰B組分的過濾網(wǎng)及單向止回閥，建議每兩組清洗一次。

8.任何因膠體固化所形成的膠槍、管路或零件的毛病，一概不在保修范圍之內(nèi)。

9.活期給各泵的加油口加油，應(yīng)保證油霧器內(nèi)不時油。
