中空玻璃制作過(guò)程中的清洗干燥環(huán)節使用玻璃清洗機，該設備也屬于我們加工制作中空玻璃中必選的設備之一，玻璃清洗機不但能夠對玻璃進(jìn)行表面的清理工作還能同時(shí)對清洗完成的玻璃進(jìn)行干燥，玻璃處理完成后可直接進(jìn)入下一個(gè)流程方便快捷。

三、制框

制框也就是我們常說(shuō)的把鋁條，根據我們中空玻璃的訂單要求進(jìn)行彎折！這個(gè)流程我們要用到的設備是鋁條折彎機。這一步我們使用的設備是鋁條折彎機，他的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是效率高，加工后的鋁條整體美觀(guān)，主要的是很少對原材料進(jìn)行損耗，人工彎折會(huì )浪費大量的鋁條，即便操作熟練的工人也會(huì )出現對原材料的損耗。

Framing, also known as bending aluminum strips according to our order requirements for insulating glass, is a common practice! 四、涂布丁基膠

這個(gè)流程我們需要用到的設備為丁基膠涂布機，該設備能夠快速的完成整個(gè)流程，效率遠高人工，并且經(jīng)過(guò)加工后的鋁條整體也非常的美觀(guān)。丁基膠也能夠較為無(wú)缺的均勻的附著(zhù)在鋁條的表面。

五、上框、合片壓片

其實(shí)這兩個(gè)步驟我們完全可以使用人工取代，也可以使用上片合片機來(lái)取代人工。

六、封膠
