1 將中空玻璃生產線輕置于安裝位,正確擺放生產線各段的位置次序.

4 一體檢查機器所有緊固件連接處是否因運輸震動而松動,并逐件緊固(特別是各接線端子連接處是否松動).

5 接地線用截面積不小于4平方毫米的軟銅心黃綠絕緣線,接地電阻不大于4 歐姆.

6 接通氣源,檢查管路是否通暢,有無破損.氣源壓力要求0.6~0.8Mpa.

7 接通電源,試驗各電機的旋轉方向是否正確,各段傳動鏈輪是否靈活、平穩(wěn).

8 整機清潔,整理工作區(qū)間.
