    1.密封膠擠壓得太松或是里面有機械異物
    1. Sealant is extruded too loosely or there are mechanical foreign bodies in it.
    用兩道彈性密封膠把中空玻璃與鋁管間隔體結合在一起,一層使用丁基橡膠封存,第二層使用結構硅酮膠密封。在現實(shí)操作過(guò)程中密封膠里如果存在機械異物或是在涂膠時(shí)擠壓得太松,導致膠體里面形成毛細管,并由于中間層里面和外面有壓差或濕度差,大氣里的水分進(jìn)入中空玻璃中間層,導致中空玻璃中間層里的含水量升高。

    一般使用均勻高分子聚合物作為密封膠,但聚合物也并非完全不透氣,它兩側的逸度差(壓差或濃度差促進(jìn)了聚合物進(jìn)行等溫擴散。中空玻璃的密封膠的主要擴散物是大氣里的水分,聚合物的氣體滲透系數(氣密性)是導致水蒸氣擴散的重要原因;膠層厚度與空氣內外的水汽分壓差導致的水份擴散是造成中空玻璃失去功效的重要因素。

    干燥劑不僅要將中空玻璃密封零件在安裝的時(shí)侯密封在中間層里的水分吸收,使中空玻璃形成合格的初始露點(diǎn),還要不停的吸收透過(guò)膠層分散到大氣層里的水分,持續維持合格的露點(diǎn)。
