臥式丁基膠涂布機是在鋁間隔框兩側均勻涂抹熱熔丁基膠的專(zhuān)用設備，操作人員需扶持間隔框．其它動(dòng)作（壓輪、打膠、停膠）均由設定程序自動(dòng)完成．操作方便，運行平穩可靠。

采用不銹鋼拉絲面板，臺面整潔，外形美觀(guān)。

可調速皮帶傳動(dòng)電機，可適應不同操作人員快捷使用。膠缸內徑D195mm ,長(cháng)450mm，適用于各種規格的丁基膠。氣液增壓系統．壓力均勻穩定。

丁基膠機裝有光電開(kāi)關(guān)．由PLC電腦程序控制，可實(shí)現鋁條自動(dòng)感應系統，只需人工持框與皮帶同步完成。24小時(shí)定時(shí)開(kāi)機，提高工作效率，節省預熱時(shí)間。
膠頭寬窄度可自動(dòng)調整。
